Daniel

Daniel Solis
Service Manager

Dan has over eight years experience in the automotive industry, all with family owned and operated businesses. Dan has been here at Addison Auto Center for about a year and a half. Dan takes great care of his customers, always explaining and prioritizing recommended repairs. Dan grew up in Denver and is a graduate of Denver West High School. He married his high school sweetheart (his senior prom date!) and has three beautiful daughters.

 



Dan’s Customer Service Philosophy:
“In this industry it only takes one bad apple to ruin it for everyone. My job is to be transparent and honest at all times and help people prioritize their vehicle’s needs.” 

What Dan likes about Addison?
I love the family atmosphere where we get to know our customers on a personal level. I also love working for people like Jim and Brenda that are genuine and very down to earth.

Joe

Joe Baca
Service Advisor

Joe is relatively new to Addison. He joined the team about three months ago and fit in right from the start. Joe’s knowledge and passion for the customer make him a perfect addition to the Addison service team. Joe grew up in Golden, Colorado and is a graduate of Golden High School. He is currently attending Metropolitan State University of Denver studying criminal justice. Joe’s married and has two dogs and a cat. He comes from a large family, so family values are second nature for him.

“I believe customer service is making people happy they came to see you. I strive to communicate everything to the customer and take great care to be 100% honest”

I love that Addison has such a supportive, motivating and positive environment, with both the employees and the customers.

TomTom Vettraino
ASE Certified Master Technician

Tom is one of the top technicians in Denver and has been part of the Addison team for almost two years. Tom spent thirteen years with a Land Rover dealership where he won Jaguar Land Rover’s highly coveted “Marque of Distinction” Award recognizing him as the top rated technician among 1,500 technicians working for the company. Tom works on all makes and models, and specializes in European cars. Tom loves working on BMWs and Mini Coopers and is Hybrid/Electric certified. Throughout his 28 years in the business, Tom has managed auto repair shops as well as served as a consultant advising shops around the country. We are proud to have him with the Addison family!
