A number of years ago, I bought a new Lexus RX.  The Salesperson kept telling me what a reliable vehicle it was, and I told him I agreed because Lexus is highly rated. As soon as I handed over the check, the F&I person told us about all the things that could break, and therefore I needed the extended warranty.

It is hard to believe it is back to school month! It felt like it took forever to get Colorado's summer weather going and here we are already looking towards fall. The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) has declared the second week of June as National Automotive Service Professionals Week. Automotive service professionals are a highly skilled and specialized workforce. While sometimes overlooked for their expertise, automotive service professionals keep our vehicles on the road and our friends and families safe.

If you own a car, you have been hit hard by the increasing gas prices. Gas prices are the highest they have been in 14 years, with the average price well over $4 per gallon. While most of us can’t avoid paying the price altogether, there are definitely steps we can take to reduce our gas usage and increase our cars’ gas mileage.

It is hard to believe we are nearing back to school! For some, this is the first time in 18 months that they will be inside a school building. For others, a transition back to full-time in-person learning. Huge kudos to all parents out there, you survived some of the most challenging learning times, and now the kids (and adults!) get to return to some semblance of normal.
